Today is the day to experience the power of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and the coziness of Kundalini Yoga East. We heartily welcome everyone new to Kundalini Yoga, or if you are a long time devotee of this practice all you have to do to enjoy the special pricing is bring a friend with you who is new to Kundalini Yoga! The 1pm class will be geared to absolute beginners but open to all. The 2:30pm class will focus on Kundalini Yoga for being healthy in body, mind and spirit. The 4pm class will focus on the powerful meditative aspects of Kundalini Yoga including breath, mantra and meditation. All 3 classes are beginner friendly!

You are invited to join Sat Jivan Singh on a Yatra (spiritual journey) to India! He will arrive in New Delhi, India on March 11, 2010 and leave New Delhi on March 25, 2010. He plans to visit historical and spiritual sites, shop, have clothing designed and made, do seva (service) and meditation at the Golden Temple, visit and teach at Yogi Bhajan’s school, Miri Piri Academy and see two of his grandchildren. The journey may include a few other delightful outings intended to partake of all the amazing sights, tastes, sounds, people, and spiritual adventures that can only be found in India!
